We do not provide free estimates.

To get an accurate price and a detailed scope of work takes a significant amount of time and thought. We put as much care and effort into detailing and pricing the project as we do planning it and performing the work.

If you are looking for a rough price range, then if you would like to, you can contact us with some details about your project (with photos if possible) and we will let you know if your preliminary budget is within a reasonable range and the best way to proceed.

Design Agreement

If you do not already have a Deck Design with Construction Documents you may want to consider entering into a Design Agreement.

Drawings can be used for submitting for permits (if required) and also be used for getting proper estimates. Price depends on a lot of different conditions and varies by project.

Proposals

Although recommended, a design agreement is not necessary and we can provide detailed proposals in one of three ways:

1. Repair/Replace Proposal is $75
• A descriptive scope of work and a complete and accurate project price.
2. New Build Proposal if you have an existing Design with Construction Drawings is $75
• A descriptive scope of work and a complete and accurate project price based on the details in the construction drawings.
3. Design & Build Proposal (or redesign/rebuild) if you have no existing Design with Construction Drawings is $200 (for decks under $20,000)
• A descriptive scope of work and a complete and accurate project price.
• 3D image renders of the design included (not Construction Drawings)
